Jupiter’s Growth & Income Fund has grown by 61.6 per cent over the past five years, rising 29.8 per cent over its peer group index. This UK fund holds investments in around 65 companies, which gives it a presence in three main sectors of the economy: consumers, the commercial sector and the public sector.
It publishes its corporate governance and voting policy, stating 'The option to vote is a fundamental right for shareholders and represents an integral part of Jupiter’s stewardship of the investments.'
There is a dedicated and long-established in-house team working on owner engagement issues, headed by Emma Howard Boyd, who is also a non-executive member of the Environment Agency Board.
