Group coaching allows professionals within the same organization/industry access to affordable coaching. It is primarily focused on achieving a common goal(s)such as a sales team looking to achieve budgeted revenues or a Leadership Team working to achieve a vision or some critical objective like developing their managers into leaders. The methodology of group coaching is different than private coaching. Unlike private coaching, there is no confidentiality, but certainly there is accountability. The coach and team members can meet weekly or bi-weekly. Group coaching is flexible and it can be custom designed for your teams needs.
