Being freelance you never quite know when your next job will come in. It’s quite
unnerving in the beginning, as every time you finish a job you get scared that
you’ll never work again%21 As you stick with it though, you begin to get repeat
clients working within the fashion seasons and eventually feel more secure about
paying your rent%21 Since I began working as a stylist three and a half years ago, my workload has
increased at a very healthy rate. I often have to pass work on to other people and
go through very intense periods of working seven days and very long hours. On
average though I would now be working on two jobs every week.
