weapons: guns, the shredded cloth around his arms and red rose petal swarms that also doubles as a shield like gaaras sand shield
one blade but he barely ever uses it. he can fight really well with hand to hand.
Elements: not really known. one is definitely wind and another is water.
characteristics: he dosnt care about anything much but blood and power. he has a brother and sister both with white hair and both have a defect. his brother can be very cold hearted and his attitude can get him in some serious trouble. his sister can be to stubborn to listen to your points and she'll gladly run into danger.
